Showing decision makers that diversity is good for business with Create Jobs.
The organisation:Create Jobs, a non profit that do amazing work to ensure that disadvantaged young Londoners are able to get into the tech and creative industries.
The brief: They approached me to edit their leaflet to ensure it was coherent and compelling. It was designed to convince decision makers that diversity is good for business.
The leaflet was distributed during London Tech Week.
My process: I’d already had a lot of experience with Create Jobs as I attended one of their brilliant Creativity Works courses. So it was just about translating my experiences into something that would be beneficial for senior figures in tech.
The outcome: Changing the mind of an industry takes times so the outcome is still TBC, but Create Jobs were very happy.
